I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, burnout, stress, overwhelm, body-image concerns, family stress, and identity exploration. As an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, I strive to be neurodiversity-affirming and will support you in navigating systems and relationships in ways that honour and celebrate all parts of who you are.
My approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, meaning we will explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe, respectful, and aligned with your needs. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities—including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Existential Therapy—and will work with you to determine what fits best for your goals. We’ll build a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for our work together.
